Ecuador is well known for its variety of native fruits and vegetables.  Passion fruit, Uvilla, Tamarillo, Mora, and Coconut are just a few of the exceptional flavors that contribute to a spectacular and varied menu sure to delight all tastes.  Our head chef uses both local and international influences to masterfully prepare meals that are as appealing to the eye as they are to the palate.
